Earth--the last planet with intelligent life; all other worlds had been previously obliterated by the evil forces of the Segaverse led by Queen Bowel. And in the darkest hour of the moon kingdom--the last world still alive, Queen Celebacy appointed Tuna and Artashmuck as guardians of the planetary princesses and Sailor Scouts until they were to be incarnated into young Japanese teenagers from all walks of life.  Hard to believe the Moon princess became an over-eating, video-game addicted, comic book reading cry-baby with and over-developed notion of romance between herself and a man several years older than herself--isn't it?
